Education Qualification: 
Candidates must possess Degree from recognized university for Supervisor (Women), Higher Secondary/ 10+2 & 05 years work experience as Anganwadi Worker for Supervisor (Women) Anganwadi Worker

Age Limit : 
Minimum 18 years old : Maximum 45 years old as on 01.01.2015

Closing Date for Submission of Online Application: 30-10-2014 till
Starting Date for Making Corrections in Submitted Application Form: 31-10-2014
Closing Date for Making Corrections in Submitted Application Form: 09-11-2014
Date of Written Exam:
For First Paper (Supervisor (Women)): 07-12-2014 (Sunday) at 09:00 am to 12:15 pm.
For Second Paper (Supervisor (Women) Anganwadi Worker): 07-12-2014 (Sunday) at 02:00 pm to 05:15 pm.

Exam will be conduct 02 Papers.
For First Paper (Supervisor (Women)) Fee: 
UR & OBC category Rs.500/-,
Rs.250/- for SC/ ST/ PH candidates of Madhya Pradesh.
For Second Paper (Supervisor (Women) Anganwadi Worker) Fee: 
UR & OBC category Rs.700/-,
Rs.350/- for SC/ ST/ PH candidates of Madhya Pradesh.
